Administration Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the Technology Transfer Office (Ref.: 520462) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree or above, with at least 7 years' solid administrative work experience preferably in the higher education sector, of which at least 3 years should be at supervisory or management level. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
The appointee will manage office administration and human resources, coordinate events and training workshops, serve as the board secretary, oversee the administration of the TSSSU funding program, and undertake other duties as assigned.
