Provide finance and administrative support to the CDU Global team to ensure professional standards in office administration.

 

About the Position
As Administration and Finance Officer, you will provide finance and administration support to the Director, CDU Global and CDU Global team, delivering professional standards in office administration, finance reporting, data entry, communications and travel coordination.

 

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Completion of a Diploma in Business or a related area with subsequent relevant work experience, (or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience in finance, accounting or office administration)
  • Proven effective administrative and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads, to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high-level command of English grammar
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with senior management, staff, clients and other stakeholders in a respectful and culturally appropriate manner
  • Proven initiative and organisational skills of a high order, together with the ability to work independently and flexibly to complete tasks within required timeframes and engage in effective teamwork

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 5. The base salary will be in the range $70,648 - $81,617 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 - $95,491 per annum including 17% superannuation.
