Opportunities exist across the University, supporting the University's strategies across a network of campuses. Administration and customer service positions are typically classified at levels 4 and 5. Level 4 - $65,926 to $71,565 pa (full time equivalent) plus superannuation. Level 5 - $73,820 to $80,592 pa (full time equivalent) plus superannuation To be eligible for the talent pool you must have: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in an administration or customer service environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience using other software and web based applications in the workplace Highly developed communication skills and superior customer service Ability to work autonomously and as part of a productive team in a high volume environment Experience with interpreting and applying policy, rules and procedures About us We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
