You have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build rapport at all levels of an organisation.

    About the Role

    Located inMount Gambier and reporting to the Regional Manager: Mount Gambier you will be responsible for the provision of the high-level executive, project, operational and administrative support to manage and maintain the smooth operation of the Office of the Regional Manager: Mount Gambier, along with importantly the provision of the exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and public.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience and skills, in providing executive support to a senior manager in a diverse and complex organisation
  • Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to operate independently within a busy and complex environment, to deal effectively with competing demands and to produce high quality responses within limited time frames
  • A High level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality with a positive ‘can do' attitude
  • Demonstrated high level writing and proofing skills to develop and produce quality
