We are seeking highly motivated and proactive individual to fulfil the role of Admin Team Leader within our busy Dermatology Department. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within a supervisory or management post either within the NHS or have relevant experience outside the Trust with Transferrable skills.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to develop and nurture fellow team members. The successful candidate will be organised and flexible in their approach to the role.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The service you will be working within is the Dermatology Team at Royal South Hants Hospital. You will be supporting a very diverse admin and booking team and working very closely with the Operations Coordinator and Manager. Unfortunately there is no flexibility to consider a job share or part time hours. The post holder will be required to work Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
