Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of
times and locations in response to institutional need, and maintain
appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and the
community. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college
Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from an Accredited Institution.
Current ServSafe Manager or Texas Certified Food Manager certification for
lab instructors required to instruct Culinary and/or Baking/Pastry
Three (3) years work experience in Culinary Arts.

Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the teaching discipline.
