The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a working professional with expertise and a primary position in the area of real estate finance and urban economics. The candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses with content focused on the economic and financial aspects of real estate development and investment. Topics include financial analysis, cost of capital, market analysis, and methods of financial analysis. The candidate should also be able to teach methods to evaluate combinations of financing, including across the public and private sectors, and theoretical and institutional issues inherent in such financial arrangements. The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as MRED, MBA). The andidate must also have significant professional experience in commercial real estate. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.

Adjunct instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading. Each instructor is expected to provide students with a syllabus outlining the course goals, schedule, and all requirements for the course under the direction of the Department Chair.
