The Art department at Dominican University is looking for an adjunct
instructors to teach ART 330 Motion Graphics during the Spring 2022 (January
10 - May 5, 2021) semester. Successful candidates must be committed to
working with diverse student and community populations and be willing to
incorporate strategies for building inclusive classrooms. This class will be
held on the main campus in person, Wednesday nights from 6-9:50pm.
ART 330 Motion Graphics is a project-oriented class. Adobe After Effects will
be used to teach the art of designing with time-based graphics, drawing on
theory from traditional animation, cinema, and the field of moving type. Any

Candidates should have a Masters Degree in Art or Design. Professional
experience may also be considered in certain circumstances. Teaching
experience is preferred.
