Midland University, a private, faith based, liberal-arts college in Fremont, Nebraska, is seeking exceptional faculty members to teach Agronomy in our undergraduate agribusiness program. The class will run in-person during the Fall session 2023: August 21-December 10, weekday availability preferred.

Professionals with extensive practical experience and an interest in engaging students are encouraged to apply, regardless of previous classroom experience.

Need to have:

  • Master's degree in agronomy or related field

  • Interest and experience engaging students through classroom learning

    This course covers crop and forage agricultural production and introduces students to crop species in the region and provides information about how the crops are managed. Topics include site preparation, management activities required for different seasons, and the fundamentals of nutrient and pest management.
