  • Rector-Commandant of the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces (MULF) announces a competition for position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty

    of Management, MULF, in the group of researching and teaching employees.

    Job status: Full-time - employment contract- employment from January 2023.

    Place of work: The General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces,

    ul. Piotra Czajkowskiego 109, Wrocław, Poland.

    Main duties will include:

  • conducting classes with training groups in accordance with the study plan, curriculum and timetable within the teaching load defined in the Senate's resolution;
  • participation in various forms of education and preparation and realization of credits and consultations;
  • collaborating with other faculty members in developing and updating study plans and curricula for the subjects taught at the Faculty of Management;
  • improving didactic and methodical qualifications;
  • participation in research teams and conducting scientific and research work;
  • participation in seminars, symposia and scientific conferences organized by military and civilian universities;
  • Participation in the work of committees established at the level of the University to secure its activities;
  • conducting journalistic activities (textbooks, scripts, methodological studies, articles, etc.)
  • preparing and maintaining the required didactic and methodical documentation in accordance with the applicable standards;
  • Performing other duties resulting from the orders of superiors, related to the substantive position held.
  • Requirements related to the job that must be met:

  • Possession of a doctoral degree in the field of technical sciences in the discipline of technical informatics and telecommunications or in the field of science and natural sciences in the discipline of computer science, or in the field of technical sciences in the discipline of computer science or related disciplines, or possession of a doctoral degree and simultaneous completion of postgraduate studies in the area of computer science;significant scientific and teaching achievements;
  • substantive competence in conducting classes with university students in subjects related to computer science, telecommunications, ICT security;
  • significant scientific and teaching achievements;
  • proficiency in the Polish language;
  • the candidate, who was selected in the recruitment process, makes a statement that during the employment he/she undertakes to inform the employer in writing each time about:
  • intention to go and stay abroad,
  • the name of the employer where he/she performs paid work and the address of its registered office.
  • Additional competences:

  • experience in teaching in English (statement of candidate);
  • Experience in acquiring and implementing research projects;
  • practical experience (in industry) related to work in IT industry.
