Position Overview
Accounting Coordinator(Business Analytics Manager). This full-time position reports to the Director of Budget and Operations. Prepares and validates analysis of Dining Services accounting data reports.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Thorough knowledge of accepted accounting practices, legal statutes, and policy and procedure affecting financial record keeping. • Thorough knowledge of cost and audit accounting. • Ability to work accurately with numerical detail consistently and to perform accounting operations legibly. • Ability to analyze, consolidate, and present accounting data in clear concise form. • Demonstrated ability in coordinating and supervising the work of others.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience in data analyzing Institutional knowledge with PeopleSoft experience Strong analytical skills and problem-resolution experience Proficient in Excel Detail-oriented self-starter Time management skill Change management Experience in Power BI

Job Duties

Prepares and validates daily sales reports, YOY.
o
Prepares and validates weekly and monthly Royalty reports.
o
Prepares and validates monthly sales reports for Retail food stores and Dining Halls.
o
Prepares and validates Tax Reallocation and Stored Value monthly reports.
o
Prepares and validates quarterly purchase order reports.
o
Reporting end of the fiscal year accounts activities (PO).
o
Creating and submitting Journal entries at the beginning of each month.
