Description:As the Accounting Assistant you will provide direct support to the CFO of Lucro Management in an entrepreneurial setting where your voice matters!
We are in the business of Hospitality, which means, we are in the business of People- working with them and for them, so it's critical that you have the talent to adapt frequently as each day will offer an unplanned scenario. There's no boredom in hospitality!
This position would be well-suited for someone who enjoys crossword puzzles, word searches and Sudoku. The skillset required to identify trends, reconcile and problem-solve will serve you well in this role!

Qualifications:- Requires the ability to read, write, speak and understand English - Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and the use of basic chart of accounts alongside the willingness and ability to quickly learn other programs as needed - Must have basic understanding of GAAP principles and understand accrual vs. cash basis accounting - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - At least 2 years of financial accounting experience required; educational experience in the field of accounting will be considered in lieu of direct experience - Prior experience working in a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred
