Job Summary
This role serves as the primary point of contact for students and/or parents regarding any financial responsibility to the University related to future, current and previous enrollment, and performs the majority of the cashiering functions within the Student Accounts Office.
Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
· Primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty and staff.
Cashiering/basic accounting functions:
% of Time 80 Duty/Responsibility
Secondary Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable/basic accounting functions
Issue confirmation of attendance notifications.
Generate third-party invoicing
% of Time 15 Duty/Responsibility
% of Time 5
Education/Knowledge
Minimum Education Associate'sRequired Licenses/Certification
The Associate's degree must be in Business or a related field.
Notary Public license desired.
Required Skills
Knowledge of general office procedures Office software proficiency (Excel, Word, etc) Excellent written and oral communication skills Basic technical skills Accounting software (BANNER preferred) Above average attention to detail
