    About the Role

    Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Allied Health and Human Performance Academic Unit. You will manage key processes related to program delivery, research activities, and student support. You will play a vital role in ensuring that teaching and research activities are effectively coordinated, contributing to the success of the overall unit.

    The UniSA Allied Health and Human Performance Academic Unit offers a wide range of degrees and conducts research in the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, medical radiation sciences, medical sonography, speech pathology, clinical exercise physiology, exercise and nutrition, health sciences, public health, exercise and sport science, and human movement.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
