To provide administrative support to the Registrar and Registrar's Office through accurate correspondence and processing of forms.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk/reception area of Registrar's Office by greeting visitors and seeking resolutions to their questions
  • Manage the registrar general email inbox by communicating with students, staff and faculty
  • Process enrollment verifications
  • Process grade changes
  • Process student forms, including, but not limited to course withdrawal forms
  • Process syllabi requests
  • Assist with student registrations/drops/withdrawals
  • Shared responsibility of mailing transcripts and diplomas
  • Enter transfer credit into Jenzabar
  • Various other duties as determined by the Associate Registrars and Registrar
  • Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize with strong time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Experience

  • Associate degree preferred with experience working in Higher Education
  • Customer service experience required
  • Computer skills particularly Jenzabar (syntax) or similar Student Information System preferred
  • Word, (advanced) excel, Outlook, and Adobe required
