About This Role:
The purpose of this position is to provide high quality academic advisement and career guidance to current and prospective majors within the Department of Computer Science. This position reports to the Chair of Computer Science.

What You'll Need to Succeed – Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:
Key Competencies: Superior oral/written communication skills; computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications and Banner; high level of organizational and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to provide high quality customer service to students. Ability to keep accurate, detailed records. Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds. Official transcripts are required at the time of employment.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time. Essential functions or requirements listed above may not be performed in every position with this title, and these essential functions may not include all related duties that might be requested and/or performed.
