    Working field:
  • Development of curricula and teaching modules in the framework of the Ta'ziz Science Cooperation between HWR Berlin and UTM Tunis
  • Development of concepts for research in the field of Business & Economics as well as Entrepreneurship with a focus on Gender Studies in cooperation with the Harriot Taylor Mill-Institute of the HWR Berlin
  • Development of innovative and socially relevant topics/content for academic exchange and further development of teaching, research and university management within the framework of the research cooperative between HWR Berlin and UTM Tunis
  • Develop joint teaching approaches for both universities by exploring interdisciplinary contacts between management and educational staff to identify, promote, and exchange administrative and academic skills
  • Work on developing approaches and methods to assess and replicate the acquisition of these competencies
  • Prepare additional project proposals and applications for dual degree programs
  • Requirements:
  • A completed diploma degree at a university corresponding to the area of responsibility or a corresponding completed master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences (in the field of economics/business, pedagogy, social gender studies or a closely related field)
  • Very good knowledge in the field of gender studies and scientific research
  • Experience in writing scientific publications
  • Experience in curriculum design and development
  • Very good German written and oral communication skills
  • Very good English and French language skills
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Global South, DAAD, and educational outreach and development in the North African region is desired
  • Very good Excel and project management skills
