Working field:
Development of curricula and teaching modules in the framework of the
Ta'ziz Science Cooperation between HWR Berlin and UTM Tunis
Development of concepts for research in the field of Business & Economics
as well as Entrepreneurship with a focus on Gender Studies in cooperation
with the Harriot Taylor Mill-Institute of the HWR Berlin
Development of innovative and socially relevant topics/content for
academic exchange and further development of teaching, research and
university management within the framework of the research cooperative
between HWR Berlin and UTM Tunis
Develop joint teaching approaches for both universities by exploring
interdisciplinary contacts between management and educational staff to
identify, promote, and exchange administrative and academic skills
Work on developing approaches and methods to assess and replicate the
acquisition of these competencies
Prepare additional project proposals and applications for dual degree
programs
Requirements:
A completed diploma degree at a university corresponding to the area of
responsibility or a corresponding completed master's degree at a
university or university of applied sciences (in the field of
economics/business, pedagogy, social gender studies or a closely related
field)
Very good knowledge in the field of gender studies and scientific research
Experience in writing scientific publications
Experience in curriculum design and development
Very good German written and oral communication skills
Very good English and French language skills
Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
Knowledge of the Global South, DAAD, and educational outreach and
development in the North African region is desired
Very good Excel and project management skills
