    We are seeking a dynamic administrative professional to join our team as a Student Placement Officer who will play a pivotal role in coordinating placement administration across all Vocational Education (VE) programs.

    As the Student Placement Officer, you will be at the forefront of facilitating compliance and student agreements with universities and regulatory funding bodies. Your expertise will help streamline essential processes, ensuring that our placements meet the highest operational, quality, and compliance standards. Additionally you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, to foster strong relationships that enhance the placement experience for all involved.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills to ensure appropriate standards of communication to internal and external partners.
  • High level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan ahead, work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Qualifications Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
