Flexible Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.

We are currently looking for two experienced Senior Delivery Managers to lead delivery across multiple teams, driving the successful execution of digital initiatives and pushing us closer to achieving our Digital Strategy.

What you'll be doing…

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead multiple teams to drive forward the efficient and effective delivery of our existing and future Digital products and services. You'll work closely with senior leaders, ensuring product and delivery roadmaps align with business objectives. A key part of your role will be overseeing Digital Demand Management, balancing priorities, and directing resources for maximum impact.

You'll also be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving delivery processes, and ensuring teams have the right tools, skills, and support to succeed. You'll also play a crucial role in business case development, supplier management, and financial planning, helping to shape the future of digital delivery at the university.

We are looking to recruit two Senior Delivery Managers to work closely and collaboratively; one will work across the Digital department as a whole working towards delivering digital products and, ultimately, the Digital Strategy; one will work across the Data chapter and BI teams offering targeted and specialist support to help deliver the Enterprise Data Strategy and data products and services.   • Supplier & Contract Management – Experience managing high-value contracts and ensuring supplier performance.
  • Business Case Development – Extensive experience securing investment and driving projects to realisation.
  • Complex Problem-Solving – Navigates ambiguity, mitigates risks, streamlines complex processes and makes informed decisions.
  • Financial & Resource Management – Skilled in budgeting, resource allocation, and maximising impact.
