We are now recruiting for our ResLife RA Team 2025/26! Your unique opportunity to make a difference for students living on campus. If you want job satisfaction and a sense of fulfilment in helping your fellow students deal with life challenges or simply help them settle into University life then this is the role for you. We're looking for caring and energetic students that will lead and support our UHResLife Programme of Events. Our Resident Assistants are passionate about UH, are leaders on campus and are eager to share their UH experiences with a variety of audiences. The ResLife Programme strives to foster an inclusive community that recognises diverse identities and interests. In return you will gain valuable work experience, transferrable skills and training with certification.
There are no normal hours of work; Resident Assistants are required to work at such times and for periods as necessary to enable the efficient and effective discharge of duties.

Please note that successful applicants must also be available to work for the full month of September, international arrivals weekend and main arrivals weekend.
This is a role for which subsidised accommodation is provided and deducted from an hourly rate paid (NLW). Individuals are restricted to the opportunity of being in post as a Resident Assistant for two years and must be in full-time education for the duration of your contract.
