How will you contribute?
The Senior SCCM and Intune Expert will manage and optimize the company's SCCM
solutions and oversee all related end-user computing activities. This role
focuses on enhancing SCCM processes through automation, and efficiently
packaging and publishing applications for end-users. Additionally, the expert
will lead the migration of end-user devices to Intune MDM, ensuring robust
management and adherence to compliance and security policies. Collaborating
with cross-functional teams, the expert will influence and drive high-
performance computing environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide
user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
technological innovation and a proven ability to revolutionize system
management practices.
You will be mainly in charge of:
Manage and fully own the SCCM solution, including both end-user computing
activities and server management.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SCCM to manage
desktops, laptops, application delivery, and associated servers.
Enhance existing SCCM processes and workflows, focusing on optimization
and increasing automation for both client and server-side operations.
Develop and implement strategies for the efficient packaging and
publishing of applications for end-users.
Ensure smooth operation and integration of SCCM with other IT systems and
infrastructure.
Plan and execute the migration process of end-user devices from the
existing management solution to Intune MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Manage and configure Intune for end-user device management, ensuring
compliance and security policies are upheld.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment
and management of SCCM and Intune solutions, including server
configurations.
Train and support IT staff and end-users in effectively utilizing SCCM and
Intune tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational
guidelines.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to SCCM and
Intune environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align SCCM
and Intune solutions, including server management, accordingly.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System
Administration, or a related field
Experience and skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system management using SCCM,
including significant exposure to Intune MDM and SCCM server components.
Proven track record in managing SCCM environments, including deployment,
configuration, maintenance of servers and client systems.
Strong expertise in SCCM process improvement and automation for
application packaging and publishing.
Solid experience with Intune for end-user device management, including
device enrollment, configuration policies, and compliance management.
Proficient in automating SCCM and Intune tasks through scripting
languages, such as PowerShell, with a focus on both client and server
environments.
Deep understanding of end-user computing environments and device
management principles.
Experience in planning and executing migration projects from legacy
systems to modern management solutions like Intune.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve
complex issues related to SCCM, Intune, and server environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in writing detailed technical documentation and operational
procedures.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop
Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise
Administrator Expert.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid environments is
advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an attention to
detail.
Language skills
Good level both written and spoken English and French
